New construction of a demonstration and conference center for an international building product manufacturer highlighting proprietary systems and incorporating trade partner offerings. Contemporary building designed to achieve LEED-NC Platinum Certification with insulated concrete forms, high-performance glazing and energy efficient systems, appealing to both commercial and residential markets.

EarthCraft™ Certified interior, exterior and site renovations for an award-winning 80-unit affordable housing development encompassing 4 buildings on two separate properties in rural community. Also, evaluated under LEED-NC and LEED-EB rating systems.

LEED Evaluation of  20,000 s.f. four-story building to house offices and community meeting rooms with associated parking facilities.  Stated project goals revealed potential to achieve LEED-NC Silver certification with little added cost to the project budget.

Three-story, 4,300 s.f. mixed-use renovation of historic building in downtown arts and entertainment district designed to meet USGBC LEED Silver.  Services included design development and sustainable design.

Plan review for production-home builder with communities in Pennsylvania and West Virginia to provide recommendations for cost-savings, resource-efficiency and green building strategies.  Project encompassed nineteen unique floor plans, ranging from 1,350-1,650 s.f. within a variety of building configurations (single-family, duplex, 4-plex and townhome). Energy Star and EarthCraft criteria evaluated, as well as advanced framing techniques.

Construction monitoring of LEED-NC Silver, Class A office building on highway commercial corridor with a $10M construction budget. Project provides 64,000 s.f. office and atrium space in three-level contemporary steel and concrete deck structure with aluminum curtain wall system. Site improvements include underground stormwater management system and 274 grade-level parking spaces.
