sol agua terra’s experience with residential projects runs the gamut from affordable multifamily housing renovation through new high-end resort timeshare construction. Our approach to each project type may vary, but, at the heart, we strive to provide cost-effective, space-efficient solutions that meet the needs of those being housed in the space.
With affordable housing projects, we recognize that design & system selection can directly affect low-income tenants in both positive and negative ways. We work with our engineering team to develop solutions that result in increased quality of life to the residents, while maximizing the project budget. When a luxury resort project is being considered, sol agua terra understands that the smallest details within a guest space may make the ‘sale’ when compared to other hospitality options. In either case, the needs of the on-site maintenance staff are also considered when selecting products and systems.
