We are trained in interpreting Fair Housing Act Accessibility Guidelines (FHAAG); Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS); ADA Accessibility Guidelines for Buildings and Facilities (ADAAG); and ICC/ANSI A117.1, among others, as they apply to individual projects.
As an International Code Council Certified Accessibility Inspector / Plans Examiner, we provide plan review services for educational facilities, state government buildings & campuses, assisted-care facilities, recreational facilities, and a variety of municipal and private buildings.

In-depth site assessments documented all existing conditions and identified both Title II & III accessible and non-compliant elements.
